Criminal Law, DWIs and Traffic Offenses

Jeffrey Cutler, a partner at KKHC&T, is a certified Legal Specialist in Criminal Law. Jeffrey can offer a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience regarding the different facets of Criminal Law, from a speeding ticket to a captial murder charge. KKHC&T represent clients in State Court trials and appeals. Throughout our clients’ entire representation, our attorneys take their cases very seriously and strive to go above and beyond to produce the best outcome for our clients. While KKHCT&T provides representation statewide, due to our convenient location, minor offenses such as traffic violations can be efficiently handled in Wake, Nash, Franklin, Johnston and Wilson Counties.

Criminal offenses are generally divided into two categories – misdemeanors and felonies.  KKHC&T can represent clients facing either of these types of charges. Misdemeanors normally are less serious than felonies and carry penalties that are less severe.  However, these charges should not be taken lightly and if convicted of a misdemeanor, an individual could face probation and a criminal record, which can hinder future employment. Felony charges generally involve a more complex representation due to the possibility of jail time and the loss of rights resulting from a felony conviction.

No case is too great or too small for KKHC&T’s criminal defense attorneys. They recognize that experienced legal representation is important in even the most minor offenses and that these offenses can be costly if not handled correctly. Automobile insurance premiums can be increased by 15% or more and temporary loss of driving privileges can result from these minor offenses being handled insufficiently.
